Answer:  After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 1-3 days. 

The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 workdays. 
You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.

Answer: We usually quote within 12 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or  email us, we will regard your inquiry priority. 

5. What's the Payment?

Answer: T/T would be better with quick transfer and few bank fees. LC, Western Union and Paypal are acceptable. For large quantity,sea shipping can be provided.

6. How long is your delivery time?

Answer: 1-3 working days for sample order;
For general order, 3-20 days after confirming order, detail delivery date should be decided according to production season and order quantity.

7. What about the warranty?

Answer:  For the strobe/sensor, we provide 12 months warranty.
For the alarm panel, we provide 18months warranty.
